Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja q\u00eb shqyrton nj\u00eb hulumtim i ri nga Universiteti i Australis\u00eb s\u00eb Jugut.<\/p>\n<p>Studimi, i botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, ka ofruar nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb re mbi rolin e vez\u00ebve n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin kardiovaskular. Hulumtuesit kan\u00eb zbuluar se dy vez\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb diete t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb yndyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngopura, ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb uljen e niveleve t\u00eb kolesterolit LDL, i njohur si &#8220;kolesteroli i keq&#8221;, dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e zemr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metodologjia e studimit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekipi k\u00ebrkimor analizoi nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb madh pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsish me nivele t\u00eb ngjashme kolesteroli, duke i ndar\u00eb ata n\u00eb dy grupe. Nj\u00eb grup konsumonte dy vez\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa grupi tjet\u00ebr nuk i p\u00ebrfshinte ato. T\u00eb dy grupet ndiqnin dieta t\u00eb ul\u00ebta n\u00eb yndyrat e ngopura, duke siguruar nj\u00eb kontroll t\u00eb sakt\u00eb mbi faktor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatet e studimit treguan se grupi q\u00eb konsumonte vez\u00ebt kishte nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb LDL-s\u00eb krahasuar me grupin tjet\u00ebr. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, nivelet e HDL-s\u00eb, &#8220;kolesteroli i mir\u00eb&#8221;, u ruajt\u00ebn ose u rrit\u00ebn, duke sugjeruar se vez\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb ndikim negativ n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin kardiovaskular kur konsumohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb moderuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga gjetjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ishte se yndyrat e ngopura, t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb ushqime si mishrat e p\u00ebrpunuar dhe gjalpi, jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb rrisin kolesterolin LDL. Vez\u00ebt, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb yndyrave t\u00eb ngopura dhe p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb elemente ushqyes t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr organizmin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vlerat ushqyese t\u00eb vez\u00ebve dhe ndikimi n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e zemr\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 ndikimit n\u00eb kolesterol, vez\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb burim i shk\u00eblqyer proteinash dhe p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb vitamina dhe minerale t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Ato ofrojn\u00eb kolin\u00eb, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs ky\u00e7 p\u00ebr funksionin e trurit dhe sh\u00ebndetin e m\u00ebl\u00e7is\u00eb. Konsumimi i vez\u00ebve n\u00eb vend t\u00eb ushqimeve t\u00eb pasura me yndyra t\u00eb ngopura mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb uljen e rrezikut p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundje kardiovaskulare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e gjetjeve p\u00ebr rekomandimet dietike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rezultatet e k\u00ebtij studimi mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb rishikimin e udh\u00ebzimeve ushqimore n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende.
